Linda’s experience spans eleven years; senior communications and marketing management roles in the private sector in South Africa, including eight years with Saab AB as head of marketing, and 18 with the South Africa Air Force working directly with key stakeholders and advisory on protocol issues. Her experience includes government communications, internal communications, media management and large-scale event management.
In 2010, Linda was appointed to manage a new public relations and media relations start-up for McCann in South Africa. Since then Linda has provided reputation management, strategic and crisis communications, media and event management services to a number of key national and international brands across the education, financial, technology and consumer sectors. Client experience includes 8.ta, Huawei Technologies, Nedbank, North-West University, Brand South Africa, Bafana Bafana, Telkom SA, Hennessey, TopShop and United Nations Development Programme.
Currently, Linda is a member of the Public Relations Institute of South Africa’s (PRISA) accreditation council.
